Bookings/cancellations policies

Dear Guest, here at Cloud 9 Health and Beauty providing you with your treatments at the highest standard is very important to me.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, i miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and other clients miss the opportunity to receive services; therefore it is important that everyone understands and adheres to the following booking and cancellation polices to ensure everyone has access to all services at all times, and ultimately avoid penalties.

Bookings:

When arranging your appointments a time slot and a specific length of time needed for your desired treatment(s) is allocated personally for you. To secure that slot you will be asked for 50% of the value of the treatment(s) upfront. This non refundable.

Cancellations:

Whilst I understand we all have busy lives and sometimes circumstances beyond our control can mean you have to cancel/reschedule your appointment, I will be as flexible as i can in accommodating this, however i respectfully request that a minimum of 48 hours notice is given to do so. Anything less will result in your up front payment being lost and made payable again upon rebooking and securing a new/future appointment.

Please note that sending another person in place of yourself to avoid loosing your upfront payment is not always feasible and is at my discretion to determine if it can be accommodated or not at such short notice without negatively impacting other clients’ appointments; as previously stated the time allocated in the diary is personal for you and your treatments as a recognised customer.

Last minute/’no show’:

Should you cancel on the day of your appointment or not show up , 100% of the treatment cost will be charged. This will either be added to your next booking whereby the remaining charge and new 50% treatment value will be required to secure the new appointment or paid separately if a new appointment is not been rescheduled. Regular occurrences of lateness, ‘no show’ or short notice cancelling. May result in you being asked to pay 100% of your treatment value ahead of time.

Late arrivals:

For late arrivals this may mean there is not enough time to perform the full duration or all of your treatments , I will try my utmost best, however 100% of the value of the treatments will be charged even if not all treatments are delivered or have to be reduced.

These policies also apply to gift vouchers and prepaid courses of treatments.

Last minute bookings:

For those of you who maybe cannot commit to appointments ahead of time, perhaps booking last minute would be a more suitable way forward. Last minute or on the day appointments will still require 50% of the treatment value before attending, depending on how much notice is between arranging it. Please note , that whilst i always try my best to accommodate everyone, availability will be limited and may not always be possible when booking at short notice.

I do understand these policies can be frustrating for clients who have to cancel at short notice for genuine reasons or arrive late through no fault of their own, but I also have a duty to all my other clients.

As a courtesy, you can request me to call, text or email you 5-7 business days in advance to confirm your appointment. However, if i am unable to reach you and can only leave a message, or I receive no communication in return, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fees.
