Million Dollar Dermaplane is a manual exfoliation cosmetic procedure that removes 3-4weeks worth of keratinized cells and vellus hairs (“peach fuzz”) using a surgical blade. Using this method to abrade the epidermal skin removes impurities and allows products to penetrate more readily into the deeper layers of the skin, increasing absorption by up to 80% as opposed to only 8-10%.
